Well, it has been a while, hasn't it?  No, I didn't die.  I got into a serious funk for a while, though.  But then I started working on Cerrok, even though I felt so funky.  It was really hard to find the motivation.  And it stayed hard, because once it started coming along really well, I was scared of messing it up, XD.  Still, it completely cured me of funk, and I feel absolutely fantastic now.  Hopefully this'll help spring me into the next project, and I won't have such a long drought again, ^.^

Yes, I know this isn't a lot for which to update in quantity, but I'm very proud of my latest piece, and so I thought it deserved a journal all its own.  Utter embarrassment forced me to give up the remainder of the older pencils for the time being; however, it also forced me to make considerable improvements: coloring. This is the first piece using my latest dragon coloring techniques that actually gets to go in my DA account, because all the rest have been collaborations with other people within a sim site.  This is also considerably larger by far than any other time I've used these coloring techniques.  Yeah, I get the feeling a lot of wh

So.  I finally found an old cork spiral notebook thingy with a lot of old drawings in it that I'd really liked.  I've scanned the ones I intend to show on DA, and I think I'm going to upload one a day until I run out, which ... is probably only going to take about two weeks.  That, or they're just all going to appear at once in the near future, because I am weeaaaak. The sad thing is that I realized these are about 8 years old, because the front of the notebook was a report I did in 10th grade.  O.o.  While I can see a couple spots that I could have tweaked in some, there are others that I'd still think it was totally awesome if I drew it ri
